While I may be mission driven, I don’t like mission statements. 

So when I began this new chapter for myself, I instead wrote a Declaration of Independence to define what will define me and my new focus at this time.

Help good people win. 

Serve through service. 

Connect all the dots like never before. 

Commit to the next generation. 

Explain the complex simply. 

Edit out the irrelevant. 

Take the lead on what has to happen. 

Learn, write, teach. Repeat. 

Show why Tulsa is different. 

Stay informed.

Prove that local is the answer.

Promote truth and trust in a world of fake and false. 

Stop predicting.  

Stay on top of things. 

Get to the bottom of things. 

Grow our own. 

Build what’s missing.

Make sense and the dollars will come. 

Unlock the potential in others.

Quit holding my breath. Go.
